This is the memory seat module used in the BMW 3-series convertible from 2002 on til the end of the E46.
The BMW part number of this module is 52107019255 or 61357019255 and has been superceded on 02/2004 by 61317067801. This part number seems to still be available from ECS Tuning stock # 167896 for $311.98 (ouch) and a little cheaper from www.getbmwparts.com. In some cases I can fix this module.
